Can I order without becoming a member?

Yes, but you will pay suggest retail prices. By becoming a member (FREE) you will receive discount on all items including specials, except clearance items.

What about prices?

As a family-owned business, we are mindful of the fact that our success depends on your support. Your satisfaction is important to us, therefore, we take great effort in providing our members with low prices.

How can I tell if I received a discount?

After you receive an email stating that your membership is activated, go to Tom's and before signing in check out the retail prices you see. Then sign in and see your discount prices.

How much will my shipping costs be?

Tom's does not mark up shipping costs. You pay the exact amount charged by the carrier. We charge a flat freight fee based on your total purchase before taxes (if any). Upon placing an order you will know exactly how much you will be charged for frieght.

How long before I receive my order?

All Orders are processed all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders should be received within 10-14 days from when orders are placed. Please note: The above shipping time frame is only an estimate based on responses received from our members. We have no controll over shipping once it leaves. How does Tom's Ship?

All purchases are shipped via UPS, except when shipping to P.O. Boxes. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes, therefore when shipping to P.O. Boxes we use USPS. We also offer DHL (air frieght) as an alternate shipping method, but this is very expensive. You can however request this method when checking out.
